How much does it cost?
First you apply for the Mon AMI Method. How? Book your 1:1 Clarity Call for FREE. Right after the call you will know, if you are clear about your goals and ready for the Mon AMI Method. If you seem not ready to accomplish the Mon AMI Method successfully, you will get a challenge to solve and may apply again. If you have what it takes, you may choose between three Mon AMI programs.
Does it matter if I'm working full-time or have small kids?
Nope! If you're just getting started, we implement your pesonal transformation step by step. We think it is the best way to start with one method at a time. First you'll learn how to connect with your body and your mind to find your optimal pace .
When can I get started?
Right away! Now, you can apply for the Mon AMI Method. If accepted, you will be put on a waiting list as for February 2017, the next round of our Mon AMI Programs starts. In fact, we'd recommend joining as soon as possible — we select only 20 participants for one round.
How do I know it's for me?

How much do I have to participate?
It's totally up to you. We think you'll have more fun and reward if you apply your personal methods on a regular basis. However, if your schedule is loaded we will find a way to implement your methods into your daily life in a sensitive and fun way.
Does my location matter?
No! Anyone can join the Mon AMI programs, since 1:1 sessions and trainings will be held online. Said that, your location is not relevant, however you should have a stable internet connection and a properly functioning device such as mobil, tablet or computer.
